I'm Martin, a fullstack developer and cloud engineer based in Ostrava, Czech Republic - though I work remotely from anywhere in Europe. I build web applications and cloud infrastructure for clients in healthcare, public sector, and tech corporates.

I work across the full stack with a focus on C#/.NET backends and Blazor, React with TypeScript, and Azure cloud services. On the side, I experiment with AI tooling - MCP servers, semantic search, vector embeddings. I care about clean architecture, pragmatic tooling, and shipping software that people actually want to use. If something can be simpler, it should be.

I started coding in high school, landed my first developer job straight after graduation, and grew from junior to technical lead within a few years. Since then I've worked on enterprise cost modelling, healthcare platforms, and centralized logging for government institutions.

I'm available for full-remote contract work across Europe.

Owned the Azure cloud layer of a centralized logging and audit platform for the Ministry of Labour - responsible for Azure Data Explorer, Event Hubs, Grafana dashboards, and APIM audit policies. Set governance standards, naming conventions, and data schemas for on-prem teams.

Built audit logging subsystem with dedicated ADX databases, APIM policy fragments for request/response capture with OpenTelemetry/W3C tracing, and structured ingestion schemas for both on-prem and cloud services.

Optimized the ingestion pipeline by migrating to direct Kafka-ADX connectivity (Kusto Sink), achieving near-real-time log delivery. Authored comprehensive technical documentation, maintenance instructions, and tutorials on Confluence.
